What can I put on my jersey?
Any name and number you like: your own name, a nickname, your kid’s name, your rec league number. Type them on the product page before adding to cart. Names can use letters A–Z, spaces, periods, apostrophes and hyphens.
Does personalization cost extra?
No. Name and number printing is free on every jersey.
How do I make sure my spelling is right?
Every jersey page has a live preview that shows exactly how your name and number will look. Please double-check it before checking out. Each jersey is printed exactly as entered, so we can’t fix typos after production starts.
Can I change my name or number after I order?
Contact us as soon as possible at support@headsuptobacco.com with your order number. If your jersey hasn’t gone into production yet, we’ll do our best to update it. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
Sizing & Fit
How do I pick the right size?
Lay a shirt that fits you well flat and measure the chest (armpit to armpit) and the length. Then compare those numbers to the size chart on the product page or our Size Guide.
I’m between two sizes. Which should I choose?
Go up a size for a more relaxed fit.
Do you have styles for women?
Yes. Select jerseys come in a women’s cropped cut. Look for “Women’s Cropped” in the product name.
Orders & Team Orders
Can I order jerseys for my whole team or group?
Yes. You can mix different sizes, names and numbers in a single order, which makes it easy to outfit a rec league team, a family or your game-day crew. Just personalize each jersey and add it to your cart.
Are these official league or team jerseys?
No. Our jerseys are original designs, printed to order. Heads Up is not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by any professional league, team or player.
Do you sell anything besides jerseys?
Yes. We also carry a collection of graphic T-shirts. You’ll find them all in our Shop.
Production & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Every jersey is printed to order after you check out, so it needs some production time before it ships. Typical production time: 5–8 business days. Standard shipping then takes about 10–20 business days, depending on your location. Shipping options and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check its status anytime on our Order Tracking page.
Where do you ship?
We ship from US. Available options for your address will appear at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a personalized jersey?
Because each jersey is made just for you, returns and exchanges follow our Return & Refund Policy. Please review it before ordering, especially when choosing your size.
What if my jersey arrives misprinted or damaged?
We’ll make it right. Contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue at support@headsuptobacco.com.
