Heads Up Tobacco Accessories is a specialty retailer of tobacco accessories, glass art, hookah products, rolling supplies, and lifestyle merchandise. We do not sell tobacco, nicotine, or vaping liquids. All products listed on our Site are available for purchase while supplies last.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or litigation in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Flathead County, Montana.
